As Halloween draws to a close and the evil spirits have been sufficiently scared away, could we please ask for any donations of pumpkins that are no longer required.

Pumpkins are a fantastic food source for a number of wild animals that we are lucky to have in and around our grounds and we would love the opportunity to attract some and capture them on our Wildlife Cam! We are also keen composters at the Nook and they would give gardening club some excellent compost to work with in the coming months.

Take a look on the link below for the many ways in which pumpkins could benefit our school wildlife.

If you have any pumpkin donations, please give them to your child’s class teacher or hand them in at reception. Many thanks!
