Today, Robins and Owls went on their much anticipated trip to the Great North Museum to see Dippy the dinosaur as part of their Digging for Dinosaurs topic at school. We all took part in an excellent workshop where we got to look at actual fossils and even got the chance to hold dinosaur poo! After a good look around the galleries and a meeting with Dippy himself, it was time to head home. As always the children were a credit to our school and had a fantastic time.
Thanks again to all of the volunteers who made the trip possible.
