Hi Tulips,
Here are your home learning tasks for today.

Choose an activity from the spelling menu
https://windynookprimary.org/2020/04/spelling-menu-activities/
Your spelling list this week is words ending in the ous suffix: poisonous, dangerous, mountainous, famous, various, tremendous, enormous, jealous, continuous & contentious.
Reading
This week we will be finishing Animal Boy. Today you need to read chapter 5 and complete the quiz questions. Open the quiz and the chapter in two separate internet tabs so that you can re-read the text as you answer the questions.
English
If you have not completed your virtual day at the zoo diary entry, keep working on this. See Monday’s (18/05/20) website post for more information.
Maths
On conquer maths complete the division facts using your 7-12 times tables. Use the multiplication grid at the bottom of the website post if needed.
Log onto times tables rockstars every day and practice your times tables.
Topic
Remember you have all week to complete your topic activities so take your time and ensure you include lots of details.
History
Use the links below to learn more information about Florence Nightingale. Then complete the purple mash poster by writing facts about her life. You can find extra facts about her by clicking the question mark when you are in the purple mash task. Last week would have been her 200th birthday!
