The children in the Reception Classes have enjoyed creating poppy art in remembrance of those who have died in wars and other military conflicts since the onset of World War I. They learnt that on Remembrance Day we think about all of the soldiers who have fought in wars to help to keep us safe and that some people wear paper poppies to show that they are thinking about the soldiers that have fought in the wars.

Article 17: You have the right to get information that is important to your well-being, from radio, newspaper, books, computers and other sources. Adults should make sure that the information you are getting is not harmful, and help you find and understand the information you need.
