In LKS2, this term, we have been looking at art for our topic and in particular, focussing on the skills of a range of artists from all over the world. We began our topic by using a map to find four figure grid reference for the places that artists such as Picasso, Van Gogh and Matisse. We then began practising our portrait skills and the sketching and shading that was needed to make them look 3D.
Finally, we created some of our own artwork inspired by Picasso’s and Frida Kahlo’s. We hope you love looking at our work!
