On Wednesday, we held an Olympics Day to celebrate the upcoming summer games. As part of this, children all came dressed in the colours of an Olympic country and made flags and banners in class for our final parade. They also took part in a number of physical activities ran by year 6 sports leaders and then in class learnt about some famous Olympians. The children had a fantastic day celebrating and learning more about the Olympics and getting inspired for the Paris this summer!
