This term, UKS2 have been exploring British history from the Stone Age through to the Iron Age, developing their understanding of where these periods sit on a historical timeline. Throughout the unit, pupils became young historians—examining artefacts, asking questions, and sharing thoughtful ideas about how people in the past may have lived. One highlight has been their study of Skara Brae, where they investigated archaeological discoveries to deepen their knowledge of life in prehistoric Britain.
