Over the last few weeks, the children have been developing their physical skills during PE sessions, learning to listen carefully, move safely and follow instructions with growing confidence. Through a variety of games and activities, they have practised running, jumping, balancing and changing direction while staying in control of their bodies. They have also been learning to be aware of the space around them and move safely alongside others in the hall. The children have shown great determination as they responded to signals, tried new movements and challenged themselves. These experiences are helping to build coordination, balance, concentration and self-control while encouraging confidence and independence.
