The project is funded through the North East MSA’s Child Poverty Reduction Programme and provides free, confidential and independent advice to parents, carers and families across Gateshead.

- Employment rights
- Consumer problems
- Relationship issues
- Discrimination and unfair treatment
- Access to grants, foodbanks and other crisis support
