As another school year comes to a close, we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our wonderful children, families and staff for making this such a fantastic year at Windy Nook.
Our children have impressed us every day with their hard work, resilience, kindness and enthusiasm. Whether in the classroom, on the sports field, on educational visits, through performances or by supporting one another, they have truly embodied what it means to be part of the Windy Nook family.
We would also like to say a huge thank you to our parents and carers for your continued support throughout the year. Working together, we have celebrated successes, overcome challenges and created countless memories that will last a lifetime.
A special farewell goes to our Year 6 pupils as they prepare to begin the next stage of their journey. We are incredibly proud of everything they have achieved during their time at Windy Nook and know they are ready for the exciting opportunities that lie ahead. While they may be moving on to new schools, they will always remain a part of our community.
Remember, you’ll always be Windy Nookers… because once a Nooker, always a Nooker!
We wish all of our families a happy, safe and relaxing summer break and look forward to hearing about your adventures when we return.
School will reopen for staff on Tuesday 2nd September for a training day, and we look forward to welcoming all children back to school on Wednesday 3rd September.
