To enrich learning and understanding of perimeter, the Snowdrops have been using tape measures and trundle wheels, and doing some measuring – all over school.
The children worked together to measure classroom objects and parts of the school grounds.
Their group work was very collaborative and they used many mathematical skills along the way.
Sadly, they then had to come back to class and solve some perimeter reasoning problems!
