It’s been another busy week in the Dragonflies class. The children have been exploring lots of mathematical concepts this week. They have learnt about 3D shapes and have enjoyed counting the aqua beads using the numicon. They have also enjoyed exploring volume and capacity with water play.
The children showed their skills writing and reading words independently.
Outdoors the children sailed their boats to the South Pole.
Article 29 Education should develop each child’s personality and talents to the full. Article 31 All children have a right to relax and play, and to join in a wide range of activities. Article 28 All children and young people have a right to a primary education. Young people should be encouraged to reach the highest level of education they are capable of.
