On Friday, the Snowdrops got to grips with some coding. They programmed instructions and commands into their Microbits (available to borrow from Gateshead libraries) and saw some fantastic results.
The class were shown how to play virtual ‘rock, paper, scissors,’ as well as program the instructions for the letters of their names.
Using the Microbit website, Snowdrops coded the step-by-step commands – even getting to see the Java script!
We’d like to thank our visitors from the Computing team at Gateshead Council, for a fabulous learning experience.
