This week in Bluebells we have been learning about Hindu shrines. We watched a video, where some Hindus showed us round their shrine at home and explained each item. The children then labelled the items and could tell us what each of them were used for. We had a great discussion about the importance of shrines and how they are not always for a specific religion. The children discussed and write down things that were important to them, that they may put in a shrine of their own. We had a lot of fun sharing ideas and learning about different religions.

Article 28 All children and young people have a right to a primary education. Young people should be encouraged to reach the highest level of education they are capable of.
