Year 4 have had an amazing day at Gibside yesterday participating in a variety of activities linked to health and well-being. The children took part in six sessions entitled; Mood, Mediation, Goal setting, Meet a tree, Drawing, and Music. All of the activities were designed to increase confidence, positive mind set and coping strategies. We were very fortunate with the weather and were able to utilise the stunning grounds of Gibside fully because of it. The children were a credit to our school and behaved impeccably.
