Another busy week in nursery! We have focused on the book, Room on the Broom by Julia Donaldson and acted out the story in various ways throughout the week. On Wednesday, we scooped the inside of pumpkins and made pumpkin soup and roasted pumpkin seeds, which we ate during our Halloween feast. During our outdoor session today we put the remains of our pumpkins in the pond area, in view of the outdoor camera. We are going to check the footage in the near future to see if any animals have had a nibble!
