This year during the Christmas season we are supporting 2 local Charities, The Gateshead Food bank and Gateshead Changing Lives.
What is a reverse advent calendar?
A reverse advent calendar can work in different ways.
- Collect 1 item of food / toiletry each day in December up until the 16th December. Pop your box / bag of donations into school towards the end of the term.
- Participate in a class Reverse Advent calendar. Each class will have a box to collect items or food and toiletries. We will encourage children to bring in 1 item each day each day in December up until the 16th December.
- Donate a bag of groceries / toiletries
Please note:
- We have only provided a suggested list to donate, other items of food and toiletries are welcome.
- Collections for this charity will be donated on the 17th of December therefore the last day for donations will be Monday 16th December.
Thank you for your support with this venture.
