After their success in the qualifiers, the 18 Year 5/6 finalists made their way to Gateshead Leisure Centre today for the Sportshall Athletics Finals. 7 schools were involved in a range of field and track events. The atmosphere was electric with all the schools desperate to take home the trophy and secure a place in the County Finals. The competition was tough but Windy Nook worked their socks off securing a 4th place overall finish. Although they’re a little disappointed, we couldn’t be more proud of their efforts. Well done Windy Nook!
