Mrs Short and her naughty elf hid lots of things in the outdoor classroom. The children discussed how to find them. They decided that they needed a map to help them find the missing items. The children helped create a class map, they discussed what and where things are outdoors. They used super words to describe position. The children then drew their own maps. They had a super time using their maps to help them find the missing objects.
