For UKS2’s DT topic this term, children have been working on researching, designing and making Fairground rides including working electrical circuits, motors and pulleys. This week, they have worked hard on the manufacturing process: creating a solid wooden framework, measuring, cutting and securing dowel and using hot glue guns to hold it all together. They’re coming together nicely and we hope to have them all finished before Christmas. Watch this space!
