Following on from our visit by Tech Tom the children conducted a fair test investigation to find out how far a wheeled vehicle to travel. To make it fair we chose 1 person to release the car, 1 person to add the height of the ramp and another person to measure how far the car had traveled. We also used the same vehicle for each ramp. The children predicted before hand how far they thought the car would travel in cm. They found out that the higher the ramp the further the car would travel.
