For our PHSE lesson this week we looked at how we can cross the road safely. The children did a bit of role play pretending they were busy traffic whilst Mrs Short tried to cross the road. We discussed how our feet need to stay at the edge of the kerb and not hangover. To STOP LOOK LISTEN LIVE was the message they learnt. They understand not to cross in between cars as the cars can’t see you and you can’t see them. To cross using a zebra crossing and traffic lights. We even had the opportunity to use our schools lolli pop ladies stop sign and hat to help Mrs Short cross the road safely.
