As part of our space topic this term the Beeches have been studying the famous English composer Gustav Holst. They are building on their music skills from last term and will be creating their own compositions on his versions of the planets. The Planet Suite is a seven-movement orchestral suite by Holst, written between 1914 and 1916. Each movement of the suite is named after a planet of the solar system and its corresponding astrological character as defined by Holst.
