Are you a budding photographer?
Then the Windy Nook Primary School Photography Competition is for you!
The winning photographs will be collated into a fabulous Windy Nook Calendar for September 2020. Parents and carers will be able to download the calendar.
The theme is simple. Can you find the “extra” in the ordinary? We are looking for extraordinary photographs of things that you are finding on your daily walks. Take time to look at things we often miss when rushing by.
Here are a few photos that my boys have taken on our walks. They used the camera on my phone.

So how about how about trying to get that perfect shot of a butterfly fluttering by or a squirrel bouncing up a tree?
The rules

The photo must be taken by the person entering.

You can enter a maximum of 3 photos.

Keep it wild! Domestic animals (cats, dogs) and people do not count as wildlife and are not allowed.

When sending the emails, remember to include “photography competition, your class name, your first name and a brief description of where you took the photo”.

Please remember parents/carers need to give permission and email the photographs.
After the closing date will have an online photography gallery on the website. Staff will choose 12 winners. These photographs will make up the Windy Nook Calendar. Good Luck!
