During mental health week RISE gave children the opportunity to show everyone the kind deeds they have been carrying out during lockdown.
Miya has made postcards for the residents of her local care home. She is also giving up her time to dance outside for residents too.
She has been busy painting rocks and leaving them in Leam Lane park snake trail to cheer people up when they are out and about. Have you spotted them yet?
