Good morning Tulips,
Hope you all had a great bank holiday weekend and are ready for another week of home learning!
English
Spelling
Your spelling list this week is words ending in tion: invention, opposition, injection, pollution, hesitation, question, completion, affection, continuation & attraction. Can you use each of your spelling words in a sentence? Use an online dictionary if you do not know what a word means.
Reading
This week we will be reading a new book on purple mash! On purple mash read chapter 1 of Animal Boy and answer the 5 quiz questions. Open purple mash in two separate internet tabs to allow the quiz and chapter to be open at the same time, meaning you can re-read the chapter as they answer questions.

Log onto times tables rockstars every day and practice your times tables.
Topic
You have all week to complete your topic activities so take your time and ensure you include lots of details.
RE
This week we will be doing some RE work. In school we have been learning about Hinduism. We have learned about Rama and Sita, this week you will be re-visiting their story. Use the link below to complete the BBC Bitesize lesson on the story of Rama and Sita. Watch the video, read the information and complete the activities. Then go onto purple mash and write me a postcard, explaining the story of Rama and Sita. There is also a drawing activity linked to RE for you to complete.
