Well done to everyone who has gotten involved with the first day of #RUNUNITE today. We hope that you enjoyed getting out and active in your sports tops and will continue to get involved throughout the week. Tomorrow is a virtual relay where you can Facetime a friend/family member or send them some pictures of you doing it to get everyone more involved.
Wednesday’s theme is fancy dress- get dressed up as your favourite character, superhero, animal- whatever you like! Just make sure that if you are completing the challenge in school that you can run in the outfit and that you will be able to complete any other work and activities in it. Make sure you wear sensible shoes i.e. trainers and have a coat in case of bad weather.
Thursday’s theme is Orienteering- For this you could try and spell out a certain word with the road signs on your route, or have a scavenger hunt to try and find different types of leaves and flowers.
Friday’s theme is all about the NHS. Wear blue to show your support or complete your route while holding a banner.
