Can you think of other words that rhyme with the words you have found? Remember you can make up nonsense words. You may want to write a list of your rhyming words.

• We’re going to start off with some P.E. First of all, you need to do a warm up to get your body ready for exercise.

Do 6 star jumps.
Do 5 spotty dogs.
Jog around the room/outside.
Hop 7 times on each leg.
Stretch up really tall.
Stretch out wide.
Bend down and touch your toes.
Right we’re ready for today’s game!
Today we’d like you to play a game of ‘Octopus Tag’ with your grown-up or siblings. Ideally, you will need 3 or more players.
Set up a pretend rectangular ocean to mark out the boundaries for the game. (You might want to draw a chalk ocean on the ground)
Determine who will be the octopus and who will be the fish.
The octopus stands in the middle of the ‘ocean’ and says, “I am the octopus full of black potion, let’s see if you can cross my ocean.”
The fish then try to swim and run across the ocean whilst the octopus tries to (gently!) tag one. If you get caught, you become a crab and sit down.
