This week in PE Owls have been practising changing direction & keeping our balance.
We practised running and changing direction by setting up teams where they have to run and go round the cones and then turn around at the end and run back.
We then really enjoyed playing A Doctor’s Diet. We split into four teams and then raced to find a cone that represented a healthy food. Red, green and yellow cones represented apples, pears and bananas and were worth 2 points. Blue and white cones represented crisps and ice cream and were worth 1 point.
The team with the most points won. We were definitely fast at finding all the healthy options!
