This week, Snowdrops have continued to work on their running and sprinting techniques.
They used elements such as lifting their knees to make bigger strides, running on the front half of feet to spring forward and driving the arms forward to generate more power. These things were all brought together when the class did their 16-lap playground run. This is 1 mile in total and the Snowdrops looked fantastic and fighting fit! Keep it up!
