In Tulips we have been learning about river erosion. We learned about how erosion changes the way a river looks and how different rocks and soil move in a river. To do this we added some soil to a cup of water and observed what happened. We found that the larger pieces sank to the bottom whereas other pieces of soil moved around in the water. We then used our knowledge of river erosion to create a poster in groups. We then presented our work to the rest of the class. The children all worked extremely hard and produced some great posters, well done Tulips!
