Today in LKS2, Bluebell, Snowdrops and Tulips lit up the classrooms with a practical lesson examining how electrical circuits work. Children discovered that circuits needs power, electrical conductors to carry the current and a complete circuit (i.e. no gaps in the circuit).
Children tested different circuits using a light bulb to examine elements needed to ensure the electricity passes through the circuit to light up the bulb. This lesson was part of our ‘electricity’ topic for this half term.
