This week we have enjoyed the story, Bear Snores On by Karma Wilson and Jane Chapman. We learned that a bear has paws with claws and we made a bear claw snack by cutting bread into circles, buttering it, halving the bread and then placing some chip sticks along the edges. We made bear pictures on the computer, drew bears and painted bear pictures. We thoroughly enjoyed making some pop corn and we did some excellent role play as we reenacted the story of Bear Snores On.
