We have had a super day outside working as a team while playing parachute games. We used our imaginations to pretend the parachute was a washing machine and it was washing some clothes, which were placed on top of it. We walked and ran around in a circle to simulate the washing machine spinning and then we moved the parachute up and down to ‘dry’ the clothes in the wind. We placed some balls on top of the parachute and then flipped it to see how many we could make fall off. We counted the balls on and off and tried to beat our score each time. We also sang, ‘See the Little Bunnies Sleeping’ while moving the parachute to ‘wake up’ a soft toy rabbit at the appropriate time in the song. Fun was had by all!
