Before you watch the clip can you tell your grown up what you think this film might be about? When you watch the clip remember to think about what is happening. What is happening to the little girl? Then can you watch the clip again, this time stopping at the different points and answering the questions. You will find these questions in both your home learning pack and here on google classroom. Before you finish this activity, can you think of any other stories that have sea creatures in as characters? Tell your grown up any you can remember.

Maths: Speed calc – Read the questions and circle the correct answers. Use the sheet in your home learning pack.

This week we are going to continue learning about how to compare measurements. Can you remember what you were measuring with last week, see if you can tell a grown up at home. Remember the standard units we are using are centimetres. Today we are going to be comparing lengths using centimetres. We will be having a go at this during our live meeting this morning. Then you can use the sheet in your home learning pack. Can you write the correct symbol ( <, >, or = ) in between the amounts and complete the missing word.

RE: We are going to continue to look at stories from the Bible. This week we are going to look at Jonah and the Whale. Watch the story of Jonah and the Whale. From this story what words could you use to describe God? – powerful, helpful etc. Can you write down words that we can describe God by on your sheet. (The sheet is in your home pack or on google classroom online.)
