Dear Parents/ Carers
Over the last year teachers have been working very hard to ensure that the needs of all of our children are met as much as possible. Usually, we have a review meeting for children with additional needs three times a year so that information can be shared and decisions can be made about provision at school.
I know there has been regular contact between class teachers and parents and this may be sufficient for now. However, if children are struggling with the current situation or parents feel next steps need to be taken there may be other options that can be discussed in a review, until we are able to have face to face meetings in school safely.
Please let me know which is your preferred option from the list below by emailing me. If there is another option you would like considered please let me know.

A virtual meeting via Google classroom with Mrs Preece and your child’s class teacher.

Continue with regular telephone calls from your child’s class teacher.

A telephone call from Mrs Preece.

A face to face meeting once we are able to do this safely in school.
Please also let me know best days/ times for telephone calls or meetings.
