Good morning Year 2, here is your work for today. Our meet times are 9.30, 11 and 1.30.
English- Spelling- Try writing some of your spelling words in a sentence. We will share some examples together on our first meet.
English- GAP- Change the verbs from present to past tense by adding ed and doubling the final consonant.
English- Main task- Read the text about the life cycle of a frog and answer the questions.
Maths- Google classroom- Look at the pictures of the clocks and write the correct time next to them.
Maths- Purple Mash- Complete the task on purple mash to practice telling the time in 30 minute intervals.
Reading- Read chapter 2 of Zara and the lost cat and complete the chapter quiz.
RE- Watch the video about Palm Sunday, we will also go through the Palm Sunday PowerPoint together on our afternoon meet. Then look at the pictures on google classroom and copy and paste the correct captions into the boxes to retell the story in order.
