Good morning Year 2, the work for 8.2.21 is as follows:
English Spellings- Look at your new spelling list for this week and practice it using the suggested activities.
English GAP- Read the poem and highlight the nouns. Remember a noun is the name of something.
English- Main task- Write some wintery expanded noun phrases. We will go through this on our 9.30 meet.
Maths- Google classroom- Identifying fractions. We will go through how to do this on our second meet.
Maths- Purple Mash- Revise how to identify halves using the task on purple mash.
Reading Book- Anna’s sports day chapter 1 set in your purple mash 2dos.
History- Compare a motte and bailey castle to a concentric castle. We will go through this together on our 1.30.
