All of today’s tasks will be posted on google classroom (GC). There are NO live lessons today but videos are attached to each task explaining what children need to do.
English
Spelling – on google forms. Add the root word and suffix together, writing your new word in the answer box.
GaP Buster: on google forms. Choose the sentence which has correctly punctuated speech.
English: on purple mash. Read through the documents on google classroom to help you. You will then write your newspaper report on purple mash. Remember to use the documents on GC to help you.
Maths
Speed calc – on google forms. Use a pencil and paper for your working out.
Fluency – on conquer maths. Watch my video explaining short division and then complete the conquer maths task.
Reasoning – on google documents. Calculate the answer using bus stop method. Identify which answer is correct and then identify and explain the mistakes.
Topic
Music – watch the video and learn the sea shanty.
Computing – complete the activity linked to online safety day.
Reading
Listen to the chapter posted on google classroom.
Read the chapter and complete the quiz questions on purple mash.
