Today in Snowdrops, we conducted a survey of the number of each type of pet in our class. We recorded the data as tally charts in our Maths books. We then used the Chromebooks to access Google Sheets. We used Google Sheets to create bar charts, ensuring we had appropriate titles and axis labels, and formatting our bar charts to ensure that the data was clear and easy to read. We then asked our partners questions about our bar charts, such as:
- Which pet was most popular?
- How many more dogs than rabbits do Snowdrops class have?
- Which pet was least popular?
