Good morning Year 3,
Today, we have our first Live Meet at 9am and this will be for English.
Please go to Google Classroom, where you will find, Spelling, GaPbuster and main English tasks. Today’s main English session is about Roy Lichtenstein and will involve you sorting sentences into the correct subheadings.
Our next Live Meet is maths at 10.30. For Maths, Speed Calc. is on Google Classroom. Our maths this week is linked to position and direction. You also have reasoning Google Classroom and then a link to the interactive ‘Battleships’ game. You also have fluency on Conquer Maths: Student and Teacher Login (mathsonline.com.au) and you can find your reasoning and problem-solving tasks on Google Classroom.
Our afternoon Meet is 12pm. This afternoon, please find your Topic work on Google Classroom. This is all about Pop Art and looking at the styles artists often use.
There will also be a link for you to choose a World Book Day audiobook. Please listen to one of these stories.
