Over the last half term the children in Tulips have been reading Harry Potter in their reading sessions. The children have created several Harry Potter inspired pieces of writing. They have re-written chapters from different perspectives, wrote letters in role as a character, invented their own potion and write instructions explaining how to create it and most recently wrote fantastic non-chronological reports about dragons. To end their Harry Potter topic today, children watched the first Harry Potter film. They had a fantastic day! A huge well done to all of the children for their super work over the last six weeks.
