This morning, children in KS1 took part in their sports day. Children were split into 4 different teams and competed in 6 different events. These were: a running race, a beanbag throwing event, an egg and spoon race, a dribbling race, the javelin and an obstacle course to finish. The children all tried their best and worked really well as a team to cheer each other on and encourage them. The teams were scored based on their performance and their sporting attitude.
In Nightingales the winner was Amethysts (the orange bibs) who scored 31 points across the 6 events!
In Bees the winner was the black team.
