This afternoon in Tulips, the children have elected their new school council members. Eleven children stood in front of the class and read their speeches explaining why they would make an excellent school council member. All children spoke confidently and had some excellent ideas of how they will improve the school and uphold the rights of others. The children then voted on the two people they would like to represent our class in school council. Well done to all children for giving their speeches! A special well done to Emilia and Matthew, our school council members this year.
