Make A CEOP Report

Look who’s been at the Nook!

Over the last two weeks, the Ladybirds and the Dragonflies have been learning all about the story of ‘Goldilocks and the three bears’. Last Monday, we found that someone had been into the three bears house, the children were investigating and looking for clues to find out who the culprit was… lots of the children thought it may have been Goldilocks!

We were interested in what the porridge may have tasted like; first we found out how many people thought they would like porridge, we discussed the ingredients and equipment we would need and then worked as a team to stir the porridge to the right consistency, we made sure it was cool enough then ate it all up!

On Thursday, we couldn’t believe it but Goldilocks knocked on our classroom door! She came back to our school and told us all about why she went into the bears cottage without being invited, the children had lots of questions and made sure Goldilocks knew not to do that again. 3 of our children took on the role of the three bears as we acted out the story with Goldilocks. Look out for more information on the BBC news!

Article 28
Every child has the right to an education. Primary education must be free. Secondary education must be available for every child. Discipline in schools must respect children’s dignity. Richer countries must help poorer countries achieve this.

Article 29
Education must develop every child’s personality, talents and abilities to the full. It must encourage the child’s respect for human rights, as well as respect for their parents, their own and other cultures, and the environment.
