Today Nightingales have been learning some very important rules about road safety.
We role-modelled crossing the road safely. Nightingales know important rules. These are some of the rules they wrote:
Always look and listen first.
Never cross near parked cars.
Cross the road with an adult.
Use the zebra crossing or pedestrian crossing.
Article 28: You have the right to a good quality education. You should be encouraged to go to school to the highest level you can.
Article 12: you have the right to an opinion and to be listened to.
Article 2: All children have rights. No child should be treated unfairly.
