The Ladybirds have had a super week with the start of our Christmas fun. The 1st of December brought a new member to our class, Elfie the Elf surprised the children with a gift to practice their writing, a letter from the North Pole and a challenge hiding every day. Elfie also brought the key to open our Santa’s workshop, the children have been busy writing cards, wrapping presents and decorating our Christmas tree.
On Thursday, we enjoyed playing in the snow and even made a mini snowman. We discussed what snow looked and felt like and what would happen when the sun started to shine. We seen the start of the snow melting and tried to catch as much as we could before we realised that we were making it melt faster. We can’t wait for more Christmas fun next week!
