The Rights Respecting School Councilors did a Rights Respecting walk around this week. They were looking for evidence of Rights Respecting around school. The children were very proud to see that Rights Respecting is evident and celebrated in each classroom and around the school shared areas. The children will meet again to discuss next steps and ideas they have to celebrate Rights Respecting further.
Article 15: You have the right to choose your own friends and join or set up groups, as long as it isn’t harmful to others.
Article 24: You have the right to the best health care possible, safe water to drink, nutritious food, a clean and safe environment, and information to help you stay well.
