This week in RE the children in LKS2 have been learning about holy places. They learned about the significance of the Himalayas to Hindus and how the mountains represent the god Himavat. The children then used their art skills to draw the Himalayas and explain why it is an important place for Hindus. They then reflected on their own lives and drew a place that was important to them.
