This week Nightingales have been investigating how the gradient of a ramp impacts on the distance a car can travel.
We started by exploring the movement of objects on different surfaces. Then we set up our investigation using 3 blocks, a ramp and a car. Everyone had a different role to make sure the investigation was a success. As part of our investigation we also had to ensure it was a fair test.
We discovered that a car travelling down the ramp with 3 blocks travelled the furthest.
